It hasn't snowed for about a month, but temperatures remain below freezing overnight and half the time during the day. Due to the unprecedented cold this winter snow continued to pile up and never melted. I had, at one point, a 15 ft pile of snow in my yard that was probably 50ft wide at the base. I am now shoveling snow, weather permitting, back in to the road so that I can have a yard this summer. The winter just won't end. This sucks!

Depends on where in Ottawa. Like I said half of Ottawa is south. If you're north of the 45th parralel you're north. I think we had 140" of snowfall this winter. That's ~12ft and ~5 Meters.
